Businesses & investments: what pays back fastest
Businesses turn your savings into daily income while you work and sleep. Here they are ranked with a rough payback period, so you know what to buy at each stage of the game.
Figures we are verifying
The costs and daily profits below come from community fan-guides and are not yet officially confirmed. We are re-checking them in-game. The payback column is our own rough estimate from the midpoint of the daily range — treat it as a rule of thumb, not a promise.
Businesses by payback period
| Business | Cost | Daily profit | ~Payback |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recharge & Data Kiosk | ₦150,000 | ₦700–₦3,200 | ~77 days |
| Zobo & Chapman Stand | ₦300,000 | ₦1,800–₦5,800 | ~79 days |
| POS Stand | ₦500,000 | ₦3,000–₦9,500 | ~80 days |
| Buka / Mama Put | ₦2,500,000 | ₦12,000–₦43,000 | ~91 days |
| Mack Haulage Truck | ₦18,000,000 | ₦87,000–₦179,000 | ~135 days |
| Quilox (5% stake) | ₦250,000,000 | ₦645,000–₦2,400,000 | ~164 days |
Two things to remember: each business has roughly an 8–10% chance of a bad day, and selling one back only returns about 60% of what you paid. Businesses are for holding, not flipping.
Land (sell to cash out)
Land appreciates over time and only pays out when you sell. Fan-guides list Imota from ₦250,000 at +2.5%/week and Ibeju-Lekki from ₦4,000,000 at +5%/week, with a 5% fee on sale (and the classic Lagos "omo-onile" risk). It is a slower, lower-attention play than a daily-income business.
Other ways to grow capital
- Daily gem hunt — a free cash prize each day (we saw a ₦3,000 next prize in-game).
- Run for Governor — a ₦50,000 campaign fee; win and collect ₦25,000/day for 7 days.
- CcHub startup pitch — once a day with Coding 5 + Charisma 3, for a ₦100k–₦1M funding shot.
The capital ladder
A simple order that works: job + side gig → first ₦150,000 kiosk → bigger businesses → a haulage truck or land → eventually a stake in somewhere like Quilox. Reinvest, don't splurge, and your daily income snowballs.
